• Master Development Plan ( 1: 5.000)
This master plan establishes a holistic spatial strategy for Vize by defining transportation hierarchy, sustainable density distribution, and integrated green networks at a 1:5,000 scale. Strategically allocated social infrastructure and development areas ensure equitable accessibility while supporting long-term, resilient regional growth.
