Developed a transformation concept using spatial analysis to rethink an industrial area as a new urban campus.
This project explores the transformation of an industrial site in Büyükçekmece into an integrated university campus by reinterpreting existing urban structure, mobility networks, and public spaces. The proposal emphasizes spatial continuity, campus–city integration, and adaptive reuse to support a knowledge-based, socially active urban environment.
This campus-scale design plan reorganizes an industrial site into a pedestrian-oriented university layout by structuring road hierarchy, green systems, and public spaces at a 1:1,000 scale. The proposal emphasizes spatial clarity, accessibility, and integrated green networks to support a cohesive and navigable campus environment.
This detailed design plan focuses on the campus core by enhancing pedestrian comfort, landscape quality, and social spaces around cultural, administrative, and sports facilities at a 1:500 scale. The proposal balances controlled vehicle access with walkable connections to create an active, accessible, and cohesive university environment.
